Organization of the code: flow charts for programmers

The philosophy behind the code is explained in Gupta et al Molecular Simulation 2003. Two flowcharts which explain the hierarchy of the code can viewed by clicking here. Note that the code is continually changing. So the flow charts might be slightly out of date. But the basic struture remains same.
